SMS/Text Messaging (Twilio)

Receiving SMS/text messages from Procomm 360 is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must take a separate, affirmative action to opt in — such as checking an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on one of our forms, or texting the keyword START to our number. By doing so, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from Procomm 360 including transactional notifications (invoices, payment confirmations, payment reminders) and service updates.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for carrier charges.
Information Collected via SMS
When you opt in to SMS communications, we collect and store your mobile phone number, carrier information, and message interaction data. This information is used to deliver messages, improve our services, and comply with regulations.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-opt in. Transactional messages related to active services may still be sent.

Third-Party Service Provider
We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Your phone number and message data are processed by Twilio in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not share your information with Twilio for their marketing purposes.
Financial Data Access (Plaid)
Consent for Financial Data Collection
We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to gather your financial data. By using our services that involve linking your financial accounts, you grant Procomm 360 and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.
What Financial Data We Access
When you connect your financial accounts through Plaid, we may access:
- Account holder information (name, address, email, phone number)
- Account information (account name, type, and number)
- Account balances
- Transaction history (date, amount, description, category)
- Routing numbers for payment processing setup
- Institution name and identifiers
How We Use Financial Data
We use the financial data accessed through Plaid solely for the following purposes:
- Processing and facilitating merchant payment processing services
- Verifying bank account ownership and information
- Analyzing processing statements and providing cost-saving recommendations
- Setting up ACH transfers and recurring payment plans
- Complying with regulatory and anti-fraud obligations
Financial Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your financial data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your financial data only with:

Financial Data Retention and Deletion
